R.A. 7610 - Special Protection of Children against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination

Children exploited in prostitution and sexual abuse ("CEPSA")
Children, male or female, who for consideration (money/profit) or due to force/influence (by an adult/syndicate) indulge in sex or lascivious acts.

Prohibited acts
- Child prostitution
- Attempt to commit child prostitution
- Child trafficking
- Attempt to commit child trafficking
- Obscene publications and indecent shows

Who are liable
- Those who promote, facilitate or induce CEPSA
- Those who commit sex / lascivious acts with CEPSA
- Those who profit therefrom
